Guru Brahma Gurur Vishnu Guru Devo Maheshwaraha Guru Saakshat Para Brahma Tasmai Sree Gurave Namah

Guru is verily the representative of Brahma. He creates, sustains knowledge and destroys the weeds of ignorance. I salute such a Guru.
Dhyana (Sanskrit) referring to Meditation (English). Dhyana is a state of mind, not an action of mind. From Dhyana comes dhyanachitt which means mindfulness or awareness.
Let me please remind you that Meditation is not a technique that you can learn, you cannot do Meditation, but you can be in Meditation. You can become meditative and Meditation showers within you only when you balance or cultivate your body, mind, energy and feelings in a certain level of preparation.
When you arrange such an atmosphere meditation will blossom within you. Like the breath we are taking, like the life which is happening, meditation is also happening within you.
